Terms of Service — Agape Notes

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Agape Notes, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account. One email may be used per account.

3. Your content

You own the sermons, notes, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service to you and the people you share with.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Agape Notes to violate the law, harass others, distribute malware, or misuse AI features to generate abusive or misleading content. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel any time from Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

6. AI output

AI-generated drafts are tools to assist your study. You are responsible for reviewing them for scriptural faithfulness and accuracy before preaching or publishing.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

Agape Notes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
