1. Who we are
Agape Notes ("we", "us") is a sermon preparation platform for pastors, ministry leaders, and Bible teachers, available at agapenotes.com and as iOS and Android mobile applications.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, and (for phone-verified push) mobile number.
- Content you create — sermon drafts, notes, studies, prayer requests, chat messages, and shared items.
- Usage data — pages visited, session identifiers, approximate location (country/city derived from IP), device type.
- Payment data — handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.
- Push tokens — device tokens used only to deliver app notifications you have opted into.
3. How we use it
To operate the service, save your work, personalize AI assistance, send transactional email and notifications, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI processing
When you use AI features, the text you submit (Scripture references, topics, drafts) is sent to our AI providers for the sole purpose of generating your response. It is not used to train third-party foundation models.
5. Sharing
We share data with service providers who help us run Agape Notes (hosting, database, email, payments, push, AI). We share content with people you explicitly invite (friends, church workspaces, shared sermons).
6. Your choices
- Export or delete your data any time from Account settings.
- Opt out of push and email notifications in Settings.
- Request account deletion by emailing support@agapenotes.com.
7. Children
Agape Notes is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
